Attending the conference were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation; standing members of district Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

In the first quarter, the provincial Party agencies basically completed the planned tasks, did a good job of advising on the activities of the Party Committee, and advised on organizing conferences to deploy political and ideological activities on the content of the article "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; deployed the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2024.

At the same time, thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions, conclusions, directives, regulations and plans of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee according to the plan; advise on completing self-criticism and collective and individual criticism in 2023 in conjunction with implementing Resolution No. 4 of the 12th Central Committee, Conclusion No. 21 KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the 13th Party Central Committee; advise on developing a project on job positions of Party agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations...

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province have focused on directing and implementing the work program, social supervision and criticism program in 2024; successfully organizing model congresses and Congresses of the Fatherland Front , Congresses of the Youth Union at the grassroots level, preparing for model congresses at the district level; focusing on implementing campaigns and emulation movements at the grassroots level; propagating and mobilizing members, union members and people to build prosperous and happy families, mobilizing participation in land donation....

Party committees, party organizations, agencies and units of the internal affairs sector continue to lead the serious and effective implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central and the province on internal affairs and the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity, especially newly issued documents. The internal affairs agencies have proactively deployed tasks according to their functions, effectively performing all aspects of crime and social evils prevention and fight; inspection, investigation, prosecution, trial, execution of judgments and propaganda, dissemination of legal education, judicial support; public reception, complaint and denunciation settlement... contributing to maintaining and stabilizing political security and social order and safety, promoting local socio-economic development.

Delegates discussed, analyzed, and clarified many contents related to the shortcomings and limitations in performing tasks; solutions for training and recruiting Party members; the role of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and unions in propaganda work, mobilizing union members and association members to participate in implementing national target programs, digital transformation, and crime prevention and control; promoting the functions of monitoring, receiving information, and advising Party committees and steering committees at all levels to solve problems arising from the grassroots, and some contents related to judicial work, inspection and supervision work of the Party.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Chau Van Lam emphasized that in the coming time, the Party, mass organizations, and internal affairs agencies of the province will continue to closely follow the 2024 and monthly work programs of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to continue to advise and direct the tasks of Party building; advise on organizing the study, dissemination, propaganda, and implementation of resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; advise on leadership and implementation of the Project of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus of specialized agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee.

At the same time, continue to implement projects, conclusions, and directives on improving the quality of Party committee and cell activities; review and supplement the planning of leaders and managers at all levels, especially young cadres, female cadres, and ethnic minority cadres.

In addition, proactively innovate advisory work; coordinate well in implementing mass mobilization work; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of security and order, strengthen inspection, examination, and prevention of corruption and negativity; perform well in receiving citizens, receiving and handling petitions, and resolving complaints and denunciations according to regulations.

He requested that the Party, mass organizations, and internal affairs agencies continue to advise on the implementation of documents from the Central and the province on internal affairs, anti-corruption, anti-negativity, and judicial reform; advise on the implementation of directives and resolutions on mass mobilization, ethnic and religious work. At the same time, proactively innovate mass mobilization activities, focusing on the grassroots.

Prepare well for the organization of model congresses and district-level Fatherland Front congresses; focus on Party development work, associated with the responsibilities of Party committees and the role of mass organizations in training and introducing new Party members, associated with the assigned Party committee targets; carry out the work of building houses for poor households; strengthen the fight against and refute wrong and hostile viewpoints, especially the fight in cyberspace; ensure security, order, and national defense, serving the local economic and social development.
