The delegation included Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc, Director of the Propaganda Department, General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; along with representatives of the leadership and commanders of agencies and units under the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army and the Command of Military Region 7.

General Trinh Van Quyet delivered a speech encouraging the officers and soldiers of the parade and marching contingents.

According to the leaders of Military Region 7, immediately upon receiving the Directive from the Ministry of National Defense , the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of Military Region 7 organized briefings and assigned specific tasks to agencies and units; and organized training for the contingents and forces participating in the parade and march according to the program and plan.

Despite the high intensity of training and unfavorable weather conditions, through the group and combined training exercises, the units and forces were assessed as having met the mission requirements well.

General Trinh Van Quyet and other delegates presented gifts to the marching and parade contingents.

During a direct inspection, visit, encouragement, and gift-giving to officers and soldiers, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, General Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility, determination, and outstanding efforts of the military personnel in carrying out this special mission. General Trinh Van Quyet assessed that the comrades have demonstrated and are continuing to demonstrate the courage, demeanor, discipline, strength, and the regular and modern beauty of the revolutionary army.

General Trinh Van Quyet inspected the situation and spoke with the officers and soldiers.

General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that the parade and march are not only ceremonial activities, but also an opportunity for the entire Party, people, and army to express their profound gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh , to the revolutionary predecessors, and to the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed themselves for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. It is also an opportunity to affirm the strength of national unity and the determination to build and protect the Fatherland in the new era.

General Trinh Van Quyet encouraged the officers and soldiers of the various units.

With the event fast approaching, General Trinh Van Quyet hopes that the directing agencies, organizing units, and each officer and soldier will continue to uphold the spirit of "overcoming the sun and rain," improve the quality of training, hone their skills, maintain discipline, strictly adhere to regulations, ensure absolute safety, and excellently fulfill their assigned tasks, creating a positive impression on the people and international friends.
