Earlier, on the night of November 16th, a major landslide occurred on National Highway 27C, completely cutting off the vital route connecting Lam Dong and Khanh Hoa provinces . Many people traveling from Da Lat to Khanh Hoa were forced to turn back.

However, another section of the road was affected by landslides, leaving seven vehicles (including four cargo trucks and three passenger cars) with a total of 11 people stranded halfway up the pass, completely without escape and unable to access food and water.

According to rescue workers, numerous newly formed landslides have occurred along the access route to the scene, significantly hindering clearing and road construction efforts. Despite these difficulties, rescue teams are making every effort to overcome the dangerous terrain to reach the area where people are trapped.

Fortunately, all residents and tourists were safe upon arrival. Immediately afterward, the victims were safely transported back to the center of Da Lat with the assistance of the authorities.
