Current storm status:
At 10:00 AM on June 13th, the center of Typhoon No. 1 was located at approximately 18.4 degrees North latitude and 108.5 degrees East longitude, in the sea southwest of Hainan Island (China). The typhoon maintained its strong intensity at level 11 (103–117 km/h), with gusts up to level 14. It is forecast to move in a North-Northwest direction at a speed of 10–15 km/h. Due to the influence of the circulation of Typhoon No. 1, the Gulf of Tonkin area will experience strong winds of level 6–7, with gusts up to level 8–9.

- Strong winds and high waves at sea:
In the Gulf of Tonkin, including the island districts of Co To and Bach Long Vi, strong winds of force 7-8 are forecast, potentially reaching force 9-11 near the storm's center, with gusts up to force 14. Sea waves will be 2.0-4.0 meters high, possibly reaching 3.0-5.0 meters in the east. The sea will be extremely rough.
The northwestern area of the North East Sea and the offshore waters from Quang Tri to Da Nang are also affected by strong winds of force 6-8, near the storm's center force 9-11, gusting to force 14. Sea waves are 3.0-5.0 meters high, near the storm's center they may reach 6.0 meters. The sea is very rough.
Vessels operating in hazardous areas are at high risk of encountering thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and high waves.
- Rising water levels and high tides along the coast:
Along the coast from Hai Phong to Nghe An, sea levels are likely to rise unusually high:
- Hon Dau Island: approximately 3.9 meters
- Ngư Island: approximately 2.8 meters
There is a risk of flooding in low-lying coastal areas and river mouths between 5 PM and 7 PM on June 13th and 14th.
- Heavy rain on land (June 13):
Provinces from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue are forecast to experience heavy rainfall of 50–100mm, with some areas receiving over 200mm.
Southern Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Quang Nam and Kon Tum will receive 20–40mm of rain, with some areas receiving over 100mm.
There is a risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in urban areas and low-lying regions.
