Cam Pha City: Many practical works and projects to welcome the Party Congress

Following the motto "The State and the people work together," Cam Pha City has mobilized maximum resources from the budget and social contributions, demonstrating the spirit of unity and cooperation of the entire political system and all strata of the people in constructing projects and undertaking tasks. A prime example is the renovation of a nearly 60-meter-long road at alley 44, group 1, Le Loi area, Cam Tay ward, with a budget of 430 million VND.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ha, Party Secretary and Head of Le Loi neighborhood, said: "Previously, the alley was narrow, less than 1.6 meters wide, frequently muddy, and severely degraded. Now, the road has been completely concreted. From the very beginning of the project, the neighborhood determined that the road renovation was a project of the people, by the people, and for the people. Therefore, along with mobilizing contributions from households, the Party branch appealed to philanthropists, businesses, and Party members residing in the neighborhood for support. Thanks to the high level of consensus and collective responsibility, in a short time, the neighborhood raised enough funds and together completed the road on schedule and with quality."

On average, each household contributed about 40 million VND, with some households contributing up to 60 million VND, and some households even voluntarily donated nearly 100 square meters ^{of land.}   land. Mr. Do Minh Bang (Group 1, Le Loi area) shared: "I strongly support the city's policy, because this is a practical action that brings immediate and long-term benefits to the entire community. My family has donated nearly 40 square meters of land ^."   "When land was needed to widen the road, many other households also readily contributed money and labor. Every meter of road widened means more convenience and safety for our children and grandchildren in the future."

The emulation movement in Cam Pha City has also spread strongly in the field of digital transformation, gradually modernizing management and administration at the grassroots level. Cam Trung Ward has installed an online meeting system connecting the Ward People's Committee to all 15 neighborhoods and 3 schools in the area. The application of information technology not only saves time and organizational costs but also enhances the effectiveness of communicating the Party's policies and resolutions to each official, Party member, and citizen quickly, synchronously, and directly. Through this, the spirit of innovation and creativity in leadership and administration continues to spread, contributing to improving the quality of operation of the grassroots political system.

The Party cell of neighborhood 6C (Cam Trung ward) mobilized cadres, Party members, and residents to donate funds for the installation of equipment to connect the ward to the neighborhood online.

Mr. Nguyen Nhu Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Trung Ward, said: "As soon as the policy of applying digital transformation and information technology in management and administration was announced, the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward were determined to implement a comprehensive online meeting system, connecting the People's Committee of the ward to all neighborhoods and schools in the area. The ward mobilized more than 300 million VND from social contributions, completing the project early and putting it into operation. All Party branches and residential groups responded positively, seeing the clear practical effectiveness: information reached faster, meeting content was more in-depth and easier to disseminate."

Sharing the same enthusiasm, Mr. Le Duy Tien, Party Secretary and Head of Zone 6C, Cam Trung Ward, shared: "The people of Zone 6C wholeheartedly support this initiative. Just a short time after the campaign was launched, Zone 6C raised 17 million VND to install equipment and organize online meetings. The atmosphere of Party branch meetings is now not only serious and effective but also much more convenient and modern."

To date, Cam Pha City has 216 meaningful projects and initiatives to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels, registered and implemented by wards, communes, units, and businesses in the area. The majority of these projects are funded through self-funded efforts, along with the joint contributions of officials, Party members, businesses, and the people. These projects and initiatives are breathing new life into each neighborhood and residential area. This is not only proof of the determination to achieve outstanding results to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels, but also a vivid manifestation of the spirit of unity, initiative, and creativity, contributing to building a more civilized, modern, and sustainably developed Cam Pha.
