HCMC: 9 projects to change land use purposes with rice growing area

For matters beyond its authority, the Department of Agriculture and Environment shall report, advise, propose, and submit to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for consideration according to regulations.

On April 18, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council issued Resolution 29 approving the list of projects that must change their purpose and have rice-growing land area in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, there are 9 projects changing the land use purpose with rice growing land area. Of which, District 12 has 1 project, which is the Dat Gia apartment project located in Thoi An ward; Binh Chanh District has 4 projects including the Vinh Loc A Kindergarten construction project, Vinh Loc B Kindergarten construction project, Vinh Loc B Secondary School construction project (phase 1), Hoa Phuong Kindergarten construction project; Hoc Mon District has 1 project, which is the Thoi Tam Thon 1 Secondary School construction project; Thu Duc City has 3 projects, which are the high-rise office-commercial-service residential complex project, the Ring Road 2 HCMC construction project from Phu Huu bridge to Vo Nguyen Giap street, and the Ring Road 2 HCMC construction project from Vo Nguyen Giap street to Pham Van Dong street.
