On the morning of March 26th, within the framework of the 2026 Traditional Camp for Youth and Women of the Armed Forces of Military Region 9, the Organizing Committee carried out meaningful activities in Ca Mau province, including offering incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and implementing social welfare work.

Many activities were held to pay tribute to the revolutionary base areas.

At the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple (Chau Thoi commune), the delegation led by Colonel Le Van Viet, Member of the Military Region Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Military Region Political Department, laid flowers and incense and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh . Before the spirit of Uncle Ho, the officers and soldiers expressed their determination to continue studying, training, upholding their sense of responsibility, and successfully fulfilling their assigned tasks.

Colonel Le Van Viet, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Military Region and Head of the Organizing Committee of the camp, offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple in Ba Chang A hamlet, Chau Thoi commune.

On the same day, the delegation visited the Bac Lieu Social Protection Center to donate 35 gift packages and essential supplies, including 5 packages worth 5 million VND each and 30 electric fans, totaling 15 million VND, contributing to supporting the individuals being cared for and nurtured at the center.

Members of the Youth Union and women's associations respectfully commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

The Organizing Committee presented gifts to the Bac Lieu Social Welfare Center.

* Also this morning, the Camp Organizing Committee held a handover ceremony for "Comrade Houses" and presented gifts to beneficiaries of social policies and children in difficult circumstances.

Colonel Le Van Viet, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Military Region, and representatives from relevant agencies and units were in attendance.

Accordingly, a "Comrade's House" worth 60 million VND was handed over to Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Phuoc, Battalion Commander of Battalion 2, Regiment 894 (Military Command of Ca Mau Province), who was facing housing difficulties. The house was solidly and spaciously built on his family's land in Ninh Hoa hamlet, Ninh Quoi commune.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also visited and presented gifts and essential supplies to the Bac Lieu Social Protection Center with a total value of over 20 million VND, contributing to supporting the individuals being cared for and nurtured at the center.

This activity demonstrates the proactive spirit and sense of responsibility towards the community of the youth and women of the armed forces in Military Region 9; at the same time, it contributes to educating about traditions, spreading humanitarian values, and raising awareness of serving the people.

Delegation No. 2, led by Colonel Chau Chatt, Deputy Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, presented gifts and essential supplies to the Bac Lieu Social Welfare Center.
