A memorable journey.

Stepping into the themed space "95 Years of the Party Flag Guiding the Way" at the Kim Quy Exhibition House, many young people were moved to see firsthand the images and artifacts associated with the nation's history. Tien Hoang (25 years old, from Hanoi ) shared that many stories and lessons he had only heard in school were now present before his eyes. It turns out that history is not as difficult to understand or access as many people think.

The exhibition space is not just for viewing, but also for feeling and living in the flow of memories. It is this truth and intimacy that instills in young people a sense of pride and a desire to serve their country.

While the theme of the Party flag instilled pride and responsibility in young people, the "Local Imprint" space allowed many visitors to embark on a journey of discovery of the country in their own unique way.

Within that space, the Hai Phong city exhibition area attracts visitors with its modern design, combining artifacts, images, documentary films, and 3D mapping technology. The exhibition portrays a dynamic, creative Hai Phong striving for integration.

From images of the seaport, the Bach Dang Bridge, models of large industrial projects, to the image of Con Son - Kiet Bac, recently recognized by UNESCO, all present a portrait of a port city rich in revolutionary traditions, with a deep cultural heritage, and strongly developing in the new era. Many visitors lingered to experience virtual reality technology, admiring images of the "Future Music City" or the model of a modern coastal urban planning.

Many foreign tourists also enjoy visiting.

Veteran Le Viet Thang from Tan Hung ward (Hai Phong) emotionally expressed: “The exhibition helps today's generation understand more about the indomitable spirit of the army and people of Hai Phong. The heroic pages of history and the examples of sacrifice for national independence come to life vividly, making me feel like I'm reliving the years of fighting alongside my comrades. This is not only a memory, but also a reminder for each of us to continue to uphold the tradition and contribute to building a more prosperous and beautiful country.”

Not only Hai Phong, but also the exhibition booths from other localities contributed to creating a vibrant tapestry. Viewers were transported through the mountainous Northwest with its brocade fabrics, flutes, and folk dances; to the Central Highlands with its lively gongs; or immersed in the colorful waterways of the Southern region with its distinctive OCOP products. Each booth was a source of pride, a testament to the achievements of 80 years of building the homeland under the common roof of the nation.

The appeal exceeded expectations.

This year's exhibition showcasing national achievements is held on a scale of nearly 260,000 m², with over 230 booths divided into three main spaces: the Kim Quy Exhibition House, the outdoor space, and the exhibition area for 12 cultural industries. From modern architecture interspersed with historical images to interactive multimedia technologies such as VR, holograms, and 3D mapping, everything has created a "living museum" where the past and present intertwine.

The exhibition's appeal far exceeded expectations. In just 11 days after opening (August 28th - September 7th), the number of visitors reached 6.5 million – an unprecedented record. On September 1st alone, over 1 million visitors flocked to the National Exhibition and Convention Center. (Dong Anh, Hanoi). Not only local residents, but also many international delegations and high-ranking leaders from Laos and Cambodia have come to visit and experience the area.

What impressed many was the 3D mapping exhibition space of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Historical images and milestones of development were recreated on a giant screen, making each frame seem to breathe, each sound awakening memories. Young people found creative inspiration, while older people were moved to silence by national pride.

The exhibition spaces of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense also left a deep impression. With the theme "For the nation, sacrificing oneself; for the people, serving wholeheartedly," the Ministry of Public Security's booth stood out with its proud red color, showcasing everything from military uniforms, statues, and slogans to modern technology serving security. The Ministry of National Defense's booth, on the other hand, was overwhelming with its 3D holograms, memory circle mapping, and virtual shooting simulator.

These experiences affirm that the Vietnamese Army and Police not only inherit glorious traditions but also pioneer the application of science and technology, ready to defend the Fatherland in the new era.

Notably, the exhibition is not just a display but also encourages active public participation. Viewers can "travel through time" to historical moments thanks to VR technology, try sitting in a simulated Airbus A320 cockpit, or converse with automated commentary robots. As a result, history is no longer distant but becomes closer and more vivid.

Given its exceptional appeal, the Prime Minister decided to extend the exhibition by 10 days, until September 15th. This timely decision not only fulfills the aspirations of the people, creating opportunities for millions more to experience and enjoy the immense spiritual value, but also affirms the significance of spreading historical stories and national achievements, fostering national pride for present and future generations.

From the morning of September 8th, Hai Phong city organized free shuttle buses to transport people to visit the Exhibition on 80 Years of National Achievements at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).

The city has arranged two pick-up and drop-off points for residents in East Hai Phong and West Hai Phong.

In East Hai Phong, the pick-up and drop-off point is at the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Cultural Palace (Lach Tray, Hai Phong City).

In West Hai Phong, the pick-up and drop-off point is at the Eastern Region Cultural Center, Thanh Nien Street, Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong City).

Visitors to the exhibition will be admitted and dropped off starting from September 8th and lasting until September 15th.

In the morning, from 8:00 to 8:30, cars pick up people at the two locations and take them to Hanoi for sightseeing.

In the afternoon, from 3 PM to 3:30 PM, cars transported people from the exhibition back to the two aforementioned locations in Hai Phong city.
