In order to gain high profits in the production and trading process, Dang Thi Phuong established a satellite company specializing in importing and purchasing vegetable oil for animal feed, then using this oil to produce vegetable oil. In addition, Phuong also purchased vegetable oil for animal feed from Mai and Nang to produce Ofood-branded food oil for sale on the market. The Economic Police Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police) urgently searched about 20 companies and distribution agents suspected of hiding and related to the suspects' criminal acts; temporarily detained about 1,000 tons of vegetable oil with signs of smuggling; 50 tons of vegetable oil with the Ofood brand, many stamps, labels, books, documents, related assets and production lines, machinery for counterfeit goods production. Currently, the Economic Police Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police) continues to expand the investigation, clarifying all violations of the suspects and related companies and individuals across the country.
