T&T Group collaborates with Hilton

On August 5, 2024, T&T Hospitality Management Company Limited (T&T Hospitality) – a member of T&T Group – and Hilton Group signed a cooperation agreement to manage three prominent hotel projects of T&T Group in An Giang, Dong Thap, and Vinh Long, officially bringing a world-leading hotel brand to the Mekong Delta region.

Accordingly, Hilton will manage and operate three high-end hotel projects of T&T Group, including: DoubleTree by Hilton Long Xuyen ( An Giang ), DoubleTree by Hilton Sa Dec (Dong Thap), and Hilton Garden Inn Vinh Long (Vinh Long).

Notably, in order to offer the market and tourists high-end, high-quality, unique, and impressive products, Hilton will participate and collaborate with T&T Hospitality throughout the entire process related to concept development, design, engineering, landscaping, etc., to complete the three hotels according to the strict criteria and standards of the two international brands, DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. It is known that DoubleTree by Hilton Sa Dec commenced construction in Q2/2024, while DoubleTree by Hilton Long Xuyen and Hilton Garden Inn Vinh Long are expected to commence construction in Q4/2024.

Sharing his thoughts on the collaboration with Hilton – an international hotel brand with over a century of history – Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group and Chairman of T&T Hospitality, affirmed that with the existing advantages of the projects in terms of prime location, modern architecture, large scale, and diverse integrated amenities and services, along with Hilton's reputation and experience in managing and operating thousands of hotels worldwide, the three new hotels of T&T Group, upon entering the market, will create a new attraction to draw a large number of domestic and international tourists to the Mekong Delta region, offering world-class accommodation and resort experiences while still retaining the distinctive local culture, in line with the spirit of "world excellence, Vietnamese identity" that T&T Group is developing.

According to Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific Development at Hilton Group, the signing of the cooperation agreement with T&T Hospitality marks a significant milestone for Hilton as it officially introduces its first international hotels in vibrant and rapidly developing cities such as Long Xuyen, Sa Dec, and Vinh Long.

With architectural highlights inspired by local culture, the hotel's design mimics Thien Cam Son (Cam Mountain) – a famous symbol of the fertile land of An Giang; combined with green architecture symbolizing the garden culture of the Southwestern Mekong Delta.
