Mr. Van Ba Nam shared that his family has been farming for generations and has invested in traditional pig farming using safe farming techniques, employing inputs such as rice bran, corn bran, bananas, and vegetables.

Starting with safe pork products, the couple explored ways to process pork sausages and other meat products to develop their family's economy . After a long period of continuous learning, research, and experimentation with quick food processing methods, they decided to produce batches of delicious sausages and meatballs that are safe for consumers' health.

In addition to focusing on product quantity by using safe raw materials and standardizing clean processing procedures, Mr. Nam continuously invests in machinery and equipment to support closed-loop processing.

Accordingly, he invested nearly 800 million VND in purchasing machinery and equipment and expanding the production area to 150m² . His facility also provides regular employment for two local workers, each earning 5-6 million VND per month.

From the beginning of 2024 until now, the Nam Khanh facility has produced an average of 50-60 kilograms of various types of sausages, spring rolls, and other processed meat products daily. Specifically, they produce 20-30 kilograms of pork sausages daily to supply distributors, restaurants, and catering services for parties and events both within and outside the province.

After 5 years of production and with extensive experience, Nam Khanh business registered to participate in the evaluation and classification of sausage products and achieved OCOP 3-star standard in 2023.

“To meet the increasingly stringent demands and fierce competition of the market, Nam Khanh is determined to pursue the path of clean eating and healthy living. Nam Khanh's products must ensure the criteria of 'three no's' (no borax, no preservatives, no artificial colors)," Mr. Nam shared.

According to Mr. Nam, each Nam Khanh sausage is meticulously seasoned, marinated, and stuffed with spices, then extruded in a collagen casing using a hydraulic extruder. In addition, various processing machines are used, such as automatic tying machines, automatic steamers, vacuum sealing machines, automatic sterilizers, and high-capacity freezers for product preservation.

In addition, the product is marinated with essential spices such as Tien Phuoc pepper, Ly Son garlic, and Cua Dai fish sauce, which enhances its delicious flavor and earns the trust of customers.
