Last weekend, in Nha Trang City, the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, in collaboration with EduX Global Institute and TMA Technology Group, organized the seminar "AI and Digital Transformation Technology Solutions for the Tourism Industry in Khanh Hoa".

The workshop was attended by nearly 200 businesses operating in the tourism sector.

At the conference, delegates heard useful presentations on the application of technology to digital transformation in the tourism industry today. In particular, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Huu Huan, founder of Promete AI technology company, introduced delegates to an AI chatbot solution for providing information and introducing products/services of businesses.

Mr. Le Bao Quoc, an expert in affiliate marketing, shared his insights on Affiliate Marketing for the tourism industry. This is an extremely effective marketing method that helps businesses in the tourism sector sustainably expand their customer network.

Mr. Hoang Van Vinh, Chairman of the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, delivered a speech.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut, Director of Stayflow Solutions Consulting Company, presented the impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) on the tourism and hospitality sector and solutions that businesses can apply AI to adapt to these impacts.

Mr. Hoang Minh Thang, Business Development Director of TMA Technology Group, will share with delegates more AI technology solutions that businesses can apply, and advanced technologies that help enhance customer experience in the hospitality industry.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Duc Binh, Head of the Cyber ​​Security Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, shared insights on ensuring cybersecurity during the digital transformation process to support sustainable tourism development.

Delegates spoke about the effectiveness of applying digital technology to tourism activities.

Proactive application of the latest technologies, especially AI, will help us rise strongly, create differentiation, and elevate the Khanh Hoa tourism brand on the international map.

At the conference, businesses had the opportunity to listen to and discuss with leading industry experts about groundbreaking technological solutions such as AI chatbots, cybersecurity in tourism, AI applications for the hospitality industry, and affiliate marketing models.
