Opening of V-Senses Dining restaurant on May 16.
The restaurant respects the original values of the cuisine of the three regions of North, Central and South, through selecting ingredients from their birthplace and applying modern processing techniques such as dry-aging to elevate Vietnamese dishes without losing the Vietnamese soul.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh shared at the event.
At the event, Ms. Vo Ngoc Diep - Head of Accommodation Management Department (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism ) shared: “We appreciate Menas Group's efforts in preserving and renewing Vietnamese culinary culture in a subtle way. V-Senses Dining is not only a restaurant but also a place to connect heritage with today's generation through a modern lens - creating a space imbued with identity, rich in emotions and full of discovery for domestic and international diners. I believe that V-Senses will soon become an attractive tourist destination in Ho Chi Minh City".

In particular, the launch event was even more exciting with the participation of many artists and businessmen who love Vietnamese cuisine. The sharing, stories, and memories associated with Vietnamese dishes were told in a cozy, inspiring space, affirming the spirit that V-Senses wants to spread: love for Vietnamese dishes - in the most delicate, modern and genuine way.
Following the initial success, V-Senses Dining will continue to open a second branch in the high-end urban area of Celesta Rise, South of Ho Chi Minh City in July 2025, with a sophisticated, classy space and private banquet rooms for VIP guests. This is a strategic step in the journey to develop into a restaurant chain with a modern Vietnamese identity, present in major cities at home and abroad in the near future.
