Starting tomorrow, July 6, Brigade 249 will operate the ferry from 6am to 8pm every day. The resumption of ferry operations is good news for people as they do not have to travel a longer distance to get to the other side of the river.
Previously, due to flood water from upstream caused the Red River at Phong Chau bridge to rise and flow rapidly, from 6:00 am on July 2, Brigade 249 announced to stop serving people crossing the river by military ferry to ensure safety.
