Madame Pang, the savior.

The President of the Football Association of Thailand (FA), Nualphan Lamsam (Madame Pang), has received considerable praise for her efforts in steering the FAT through its financial difficulties.

On April 23rd, Madame Pang held a press conference to publicly address issues from her previous term, during which fans were shocked to learn that the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) lost a lawsuit against SIAM Sports for over 550 million baht. At the press conference, Madame Pang also announced that she would contribute 25 million baht to pay off the first installment of FAT's debt.

Furthermore, Madame Pang also set up a fundraising program to raise an additional 5 million baht from her personal account to support FAT's future activities.

Immediately after the aforementioned press conference, Madame Pang shared a picture of herself in the hospital due to exhaustion on social media. Many Thai fans went to Madame Pang's personal Facebook page to send messages of support, encouragement, and gratitude.

In response to her selfless actions for FAT in particular and Thai football in general, the president of the Thai Bar Association and lawyer for Siam Sport, Narinpong Jinaphakdi, expressed his admiration: "Madame Pang is a president with high spirit. She chose to take responsibility for something she didn't do. Madame Pang prevented FAT from collapsing before our eyes."

Narinpong Jinaphakdi believes that if Madame Pang had been given the opportunity to become president of the FAT earlier, instead of Worawi Makudi, Thai football could have achieved its World Cup goal. He is confident that under Madame Pang's leadership, the FAT would soon recover and Thai football would certainly reach new heights.

According to Siam Sport, FAT plans to renegotiate the debt issues on May 14th. Madame Pang affirmed that she and her colleagues will continue their work to restore fans' confidence and create stability for Thai football.
