Accordingly, the Ministry of Transport received petitions from voters in Phu Yen province forwarded by the People's Voluntary Committee according to Official Dispatch No. 48/BDN regarding voters' petition to the Ministry of Transport to consider having open investment solutions. wide National Highway 25 section from National Highway 1 to Phu Hoa town and the entire National Highway 19C.
Regarding this recommendation, the Ministry of Transport said that the road network planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, was approved by the Prime Minister: National Highway 19C is about 206 km long, passing through Phu Yen province (Song Hinh, Son Hoa and Dong Xuan districts) is about 112 km long, scale level III-IV, 2-4 lanes, basic status reaches level IV; National Highway 25 is about 182 km long, the section through Phu Yen province is about 70 km long (the section from National Highway 1 to Phu Hoa town is about 11 km long from Km2+700 - Km13+500), scale level III, 2-4 lanes, the basic status is level IV. In recent years, the Ministry of Transport has assigned the Vietnam Road Administration to regularly carry out maintenance work on the above sections to ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles.
The Ministry of Transport also stated that for National Highway 25, although capital is difficult, in the period 2021 - 2025, the Ministry of Transport has reported to competent authorities to allocate capital to prioritize investment. about 35 km for some key sections on Highway 25.
At the same time, in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025, the Ministry of Transport has balanced about VND 4.905 billion to complete 3 currently invested projects, transition from the previous phase and start new construction. 3 projects.
