Over the course of one day, nearly 80 trainees attended a training course where journalist Nguyen Bac Van, former Head of the Party Building Department (Nhan Dan Newspaper), delivered lectures on the following topics: skills in developing outlines for journalistic works on Party building; skills in exploiting, delving into details, analyzing documents, and fostering creativity in journalistic works; how to select topics to participate in the National Journalism Award on Party building "Golden Hammer and Sickle"; skills and techniques in selecting topics, presenting works, and other skills related to propaganda work on Party building; and how to write political essays on protecting the Party's ideological foundation...

During the training course, reporters, editors, and contributors also discussed the difficulties encountered in the process of reporting, identifying, and exploiting topics for writing about Party building.

Writing about Party building has long been a challenge for journalists, especially young journalists and those outside the Party. Recognizing this need, the Ha Tinh Journalists Association has organized numerous events, inviting experienced journalists with years of success in this field, along with lecturers from Party schools at the central level, to share their experiences. This helps students better understand Party building and how to effectively and engagingly promote the Party to readers.

Through this training course, the trainees further grasped the skills and experience in disseminating information about Party building, thereby becoming more proactive, innovative, and creative in their information and propaganda work on Party building in line with the new situation; many of their articles won high awards in central and local journalism competitions.
