Deputy Ambassador Watanabe Shige said that from 2006-2022, Mr. Le Ngoc Dinh continuously contributed to strengthening the close friendly relationship between Japan and Vietnam in his position as Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation. .
During this time, he coordinated to welcome many Japanese expert delegations and implemented cooperation projects between the two countries on preserving and restoring cultural heritage such as Hoi An ancient town, My Son relics, and Nha Nhac palace. Hue communal house.
In addition, he provided great support in the preparation and completion of necessary procedures to establish the Japanese Cultural Exchange Center in Vietnam under the Japan International Exchange Foundation in 2008.
