Vinh Phuc is a province in the Red River Delta region of Vietnam , located in the geometric center of the northern region. It is part of the Hanoi Capital Region planning area and the Northern Key Economic Zone.

In 2022, Vinh Phuc was the 37th most populous administrative unit in Vietnam , ranked 13th in Gross Regional Product (GRDP) , ranked 9th in GRDP per capita, and ranked 31st in GRDP growth rate. With 1,204,300 people ^[8] , GRDP reached 152,178 billion VND (equivalent to 6.62 billion USD), GRDP per capita reached 105 million VND (equivalent to 5,494 USD), and GRDP growth rate reached 8.06%. ^[9]
