On the HoSE exchange, the trading value in this session decreased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching over 18,228.78 billion VND. Foreign investors continued to net sell 1,008 billion VND. Stocks heavily sold includedFPT (over 226 billion VND), VND (129 billion VND), VRE (85 billion VND), etc. Conversely, on the buying side, EVF saw the highest net buying (61 billion VND), followed by CTR (56 billion VND), LPB (43 billion VND), etc.

Today's session saw the VN30 group close with 7 gainers, 5 unchanged stocks, and 18 losers.

Specifically, PLX increased by 2.42% to VND 42,300 per share, SSB increased by 2.15% to VND 23,750 per share, FPT increased by 2.01%, and GVR increased by 1.62%.

Stocks such as BID, MSN, and VIC saw slight increases.

Five stocks remained at their reference prices: BCM, CTG, MWG, VCB, and VNM.

Conversely, POW fell 2.65% to VND 14,700/share, HDB decreased 1.91%, VJC fell 1.25%, VRE decreased 1.23%, TCB decreased 1.21%, SSI decreased 1.11%, HPG decreased 1.02%, andACB decreased 1.01%.

The remaining stocks: BVH, GAS, MBB, SAB,SHB , STB, TPB, VHM, VIB, VPB saw slight declines.

In terms of sectors, the steel sector saw several stocks surge, such as SMC and TLH hitting the ceiling price, HMC rising 3.2%, and VCA increasing 2.58%. DTL and HSG remained unchanged. Conversely, HPG fell 1.02%, NKG decreased 2.68%, and POM declined 3.13%.

The securities sector closed the session with most stocks declining, such as: AGR down 1.44%, APG down 1.54%, BSI down 0.88%, FTS down 1.33%, SSI down 1.11%, TVB up 2.51%, TVS down 3.90%, VCI down 1.03%, VDS down 1.1%, VIX down 0.57%, VND down 2.99%. Conversely, CTS up 0.12%, HCM up 0.18%, and ORS up 0.72%.

The banking sector stocks closed in the red. Besides the VN30 group stocks ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, and VIB mentioned above, the remaining stocks were: EIB and MSB, both closing at the reference price; LPB, up 6.47%; and OCB, down 1.69%.

The real estate sector saw several stocks perform well, including: NVT and VPH hitting the ceiling price, CCL rising 2.76%, CKG up 3.17%, DRH up 4.07%, SGR up 3.51%, and TIP up 4.24%.

* The Vietnamese stock market index weakened towards the end of today's session, with the VNXALL-Index closing down 0.28 points (-0.01%) at 2,133.80 points. Trading volume reached 801.73 million units, equivalent to a trading value of 21,417.06 billion VND. Across the market, 208 stocks increased in price, 85 remained unchanged, and 192 decreased.

* On the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), the HNX-Index closed at 244.36 points, up 0.39 points (+0.16%). Total trading volume reached over 70.91 million shares, with a corresponding transaction value of over 1,312.38 billion VND. Across the entire exchange, 122 stocks increased, 60 remained unchanged, and 75 decreased.

The HNX30 index closed down 1.41 points (-0.26%) at 537.05 points. Trading volume reached approximately 35.78 million units, with a corresponding value of over 962.11 billion VND. Among the HNX30 stocks, 14 increased, 4 remained unchanged, and 12 decreased in price.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index rose, closing at 100.58 points, up 1.31 points (+1.32%). Total market liquidity reached over 110.68 million shares traded, with a corresponding trading value of over 1,756.71 billion VND. Among UPCoM stocks, 281 ended the trading day higher, 87 remained unchanged, and 135 declined.

* On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed down 0.28 points (-0.02%) at 1,282.02 points. Trading volume reached over 815.86 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND 21,099.02 billion. Across the entire exchange, there were 185 gainers, 78 unchanged stocks, and 234 losers.

The VN30 index fell 2.43 points (-0.18%) to 1,319.93 points. Trading volume reached over 257.44 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of VND 8,078.10 billion. At the end of the trading day, 7 VN30 stocks increased, 5 remained unchanged, and 18 decreased.
