Firm faith in the Party

Returning to Khun Ha commune (Tam Duong district), traveling on new rural roads, watching the peaceful life from each house to the natural scenery and the excited faces of the people when welcoming their relatives back to reunite on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, we felt the changes in this place, which was once considered a difficult area. It is known that to achieve such results, the Party Committee and the government are the bridge between the Party's will and the people's hearts; leading the people to unite, firmly believe in the Party, and create miracles in everyday life.

Khun Ha used to be a particularly difficult commune in Tam Duong district with high rates of early marriage and illiteracy; low crop productivity caused hunger and poverty. Khun Ha commune Party Committee made great efforts with great determination to find a new direction, lead and direct the people to develop the economy, gradually reduce poverty, and build a cultural life. In particular, propaganda and mobilization work was identified as an important factor. The commune Party Committee assigned party committee members and civil servants to monitor and help the village; encouraged people to change the structure of crops and livestock to ensure food security and have a stable income.
Based on the assigned tasks, the Party cell secretaries and village heads promoted skillful mass mobilization, mobilized the participation of associations and unions to mobilize members, union members and people to participate in protecting the green, clean and beautiful rural environment; built barns to raise livestock and poultry instead of letting them roam freely as before. Exemplary Party members took the lead in all activities and emulation movements for the masses to learn and follow. Along with that, the State and province's support and livelihood creation resources were promptly integrated and deployed by the commune, ensuring the right subjects, meeting the production and social security needs of the people. In the area, many typical models have appeared in production and new rural construction such as: planting orchids to create environmental landscapes; raising livestock and poultry in a hygienic manner; installing rural lighting lines and "Peaceful village in terms of security and order".

By the end of 2023, the commune has achieved many important results in many fields. Notably, people have intensively increased the number of crops with a total area of grain crops reaching 883.2 hectares. Livestock and poultry have developed quite well with 2,267 cattle and over 9,100 poultry. Forest cover rate reached 54.57%. Investment in traffic infrastructure and homestay in Lao Chai 1 village to serve visitors to community tourism.
Party member Lu A Lung (Ngai Thau Thap Village Party Cell) is 78 years old this year, but the memory of the founding day of the Ngai Thau Thap Village Party Cell has not faded, filled with pride, emotion, and is engraved in his heart. Now, Mr. Lung is one of the historical witnesses of the journey of construction and development of the Ngai Thau Thap Village Party Cell in particular, and the Khun Ha Commune Party Committee in general.
Mr. Lung said: “The Party cell of Ngai Thau Thap village was established at a time when the locality was facing many difficulties, but it always promoted the spirit of solidarity, effort and determination of Party members. Therefore, the people have been self-reliant, trusted the leadership of the Party and the government, and focused on developing the village's socio-economy to grow day by day.”
Currently, Khun Ha Commune Party Committee has 20 Party cells with 177 Party members. From 2013 to now, 100% of the villages have established Party cells. Party members take the lead in developing the family economy, helping the masses apply scientific and technological advances in animal husbandry and cultivation, eliminating the mentality of waiting and relying on State support. At the same time, do not migrate freely; do not listen to bad people who violate the law; contribute labor and donate land to build new rural areas.

Cadres and party members consistently follow the motto "Words go hand in hand with actions", being pioneers and exemplary, creating a solid foundation for the people of Khun Ha to firmly believe in the Party".
