The farm cultivates 13 grape varieties, including 10 for fresh consumption and 3 for winemaking. Besides some traditional varieties like Red Cardinal and NH01-48 green grapes, the farm is growing new varieties such as pink finger grapes, seedless black finger grapes, candy grapes, and Muscat Bailey grapes. Among these, the NH01-48 green grape is the flagship variety, having been sold in supermarkets for over 20 years.
Besides Ninh Phuoc, Thai An grape village in Vinh Hai commune, located on Provincial Road 702 leading to Nui Chua National Park, is also an ideal stop for tourists. Here, visitors can freely explore vast vineyards, as beautiful as those in Europe.
Besides enjoying products made from grapes, visitors also have the opportunity to learn about and explore different grape varieties, receive guidance on grape cultivation techniques from vineyard owners, and purchase their favorite grape varieties to plant for fruit or ornamental purposes.

Khanh Hoa currently has over 1,000 hectares of vineyards. With good care and favorable weather conditions, vineyard owners can harvest 2 to 3 grape crops per year, yielding 1.5 to 3 tons of grapes per sao (approximately 1000 square meters). The harvest season runs from April to June, with another harvest in August to September, and the final crop sold during the Lunar New Year.
