In recent times, Nghia Hanh commune has maintained visual propaganda on billboards, banners, and slogans. According to Party Secretary of Phu Vinh Trung village Huynh Thi Thong, the zalo groups of each village have become useful and quick information channels for cadres and people in disseminating information, movements and activities of the locality.

In recent times, the Nghia Hanh commune government has focused on promoting poverty reduction propaganda through many forms such as through the commune radio system; propaganda on communication media, social networking sites... so that people can easily access information, improve knowledge, production skills, economic development, learn good practices, and effective poverty reduction models.

Head of Phu Vinh Trung village Nguyen Huu Tinh shared: "We propagate to help people grasp and understand the policies of the Party and State, including the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction, through the loudspeaker system and community activities, creating a smooth flow of information. Helping people grasp policies in a timely and more proactive manner."

Up to now, the loudspeaker system has been widely invested in all villages and broadcasts daily with fixed time slots in the morning and evening; especially on important events, additional information and propaganda time will be added to other time slots during the day.

Thanks to information and propaganda work, people can access and grasp a lot of useful information and knowledge, contributing to improving people's knowledge and moving towards sustainable poverty reduction.

In addition to information and propaganda work, Nghia Hanh commune organizes training courses for commune and village officials to do poverty reduction work.
