At the launching ceremony, Phu Ninh commune outlined the development of various tourism products in Dai An village, such as: experiencing the model of growing glutinous rice, raising black snails, admiring the lotus pond, flying kites, and visiting the primeval forest.
Cultural and culinary experiences are offered, featuring local specialties such as Quang noodles, durian fish cakes, fermented pork rolls, and ash-wrapped sticky rice cakes; cycling tours to admire the scenery, and visits to ancient houses…
To effectively implement this community-based tourism model, immediately after the launch ceremony, the government and local communities will focus on promoting the local image, investing in infrastructure, building night markets, food courts, and check-in points.
At the same time, support will be provided to local people to develop production linked to tourism services… The total estimated cost for the initial phase is approximately 3 billion VND.
Dai An village (Phu Ninh commune) has many favorable conditions for developing community tourism associated with the Phu Ninh lake ecological tourist destination.
Dai An boasts diverse natural landscapes, with the main Phu Ninh canal running through it, surrounded by fertile fields and established eco-friendly production models such as lotus cultivation, snail farming, fish farming, and glutinous rice cultivation. In addition, the area has many historical relics, creating a significant advantage in attracting tourists.
Dai An is the second community-based tourism destination in Phu Ninh commune, after Tam Lanh. This is a step forward in affirming the local tourism strengths, contributing to increased income, improved living standards, and the preservation of cultural and historical values.
