Verifying clip of child being carried upside down and beaten

On the morning of April 12, the People's Committee of Que My commune, Que Son district (Quang Nam) said that it had assigned the commune police to verify and clarify the content of the reflection on a kindergarten teacher who beat children that was spreading on social networks.

Previously, on the evening of April 11, a nearly 2-minute clip appeared on Facebook, recording a scene where many children were lying on a mini bed when suddenly a woman walked up, grabbed the leg of a child lying close to the edge of the wall, lifted him up, then used a stick-like object to beat him repeatedly... The incident shown in the clip occurred at around 11:55 a.m. on April 11.

According to Facebook account "Th.T" shared: "The nursery in Que My, Que Son takes care of children, but at noon it closes and beats my child like that, then in the afternoon when I pick him up and see the mark on his face, the teacher said it was because he was lying on the bed... The child is only 20 months old, but he was beaten and put in his throat, how can he not be scared and startled when he gets home?"

During the initial investigation, the authorities determined that the incident occurred at the CC Private Nursery Group (Phuoc Chanh village, Que My commune).
