Immediately after Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW was issued, propaganda work was given attention and implemented in many rich and diverse forms.
The city has implemented policies and mechanisms to facilitate educational development. Total annual budget allocation for education exceeds 18%. Investment in education over the past 10 years has reached 547.572 billion VND.
The effectiveness of the socialization of education has made a significant contribution to building an increasingly modern and well-equipped school system. Over the past 10 years, the total funding from the socialization of education has reached 85.202 billion VND.

100% of preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools have modern teaching equipment to support the application of information technology and innovation in teaching methods; 100% of primary and secondary schools have computer rooms for teaching computer science; 100% of schools have high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connections.
School administrators and teachers have participated in training courses and self-training programs to improve their foreign language and computer skills. Currently, 37 out of 39 public schools in the city meet national standards.

Besides the achievements, the report also frankly points out shortcomings such as: some public schools lack the capacity to expand their scale, creating pressure during enrollment periods; some schools meet national standards but are not sustainable; the number and structure of teachers in some subjects and grade levels are still inadequate; teaching and education organization in some schools is still passive and lacks decisiveness; the implementation of decentralized management and autonomy in education is still slow and not synchronized...
