In management units, training and travel establishments, the rate of trained workers reached 100%; But trained workers in tourist areas and destinations only reach 26,1% - the lowest in the industry. At the gardens, homestays, and tourist areas, most of them are self-managed by families, and the employees are mainly unskilled workers who have not received training or professional training in tourism.
