On July 15th, the Thanh Son District Red Cross Society, in coordination with the District Fatherland Front Committee, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a Humanitarian House for the family of Ms. Ha Thi Sang in Trong Hamlet, Van Mieu Commune.

Delegates and donors presented the funds for the construction of a Humanitarian House to the family of Ms. Ha Thi Sang.
Ms. Ha Thi Sang's family is classified as a poor household facing exceptionally difficult circumstances. Their old house is dilapidated, severely degraded, and unsafe. Ms. Sang herself suffers from frequent illnesses and ailments, yet she still has to raise five children, the youngest of whom was born in 2015.
Faced with the family's difficulties, the Thanh Son District Red Cross Society mobilized organizations, businesses, and philanthropists to contribute funds to start the construction of a humanitarian house for Ms. Sang, with an area of 80 square meters and a total value of nearly 200 million VND. Of this amount, the Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank (Vietcombank) Phu Tho branch contributed 50 million VND, while the remainder was provided by local departments, organizations, relatives, and neighbors through material support and labor.
The project is expected to be completed before this year's rainy season, helping Mrs. Sang's family to stabilize their lives sooner.
