Building an effective organizational structure for the association.

QTO - In recent times, the Farmers' Association of Bo Trach commune has focused on implementing comprehensive solutions to build a strong and well-rounded organization. Through flexible and creative approaches, the association is gradually innovating its content and methods, and improving the quality of its activities.

With the close attention and guidance of the local Party committee and government, the Farmers' Association of Bo Trach commune has effectively carried out its assigned political tasks, achieving many remarkable results. Farmers throughout the commune are enthusiastic and confident in the leadership of the Party and the State; they strictly adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; they unite and help each other in labor and production, striving to achieve legitimate wealth.

As a result, the lives of farmers continue to improve, poverty reduction and social welfare policies and programs in the commune are implemented promptly and effectively; the poverty rate decreases. The production skills of farmers are gradually changing and developing; the work of creating jobs for rural laborers and developing the labor market is emphasized. Therefore, the role of farmers as key players in agricultural development and the construction of new rural areas is increasingly affirmed.

To achieve these results, along with strengthening political and ideological propaganda and education , the Farmers' Association of Bo Trach commune has focused on consolidating and streamlining the organizational structure of the Farmers' Association at all levels to ensure efficient operation. The Association emphasizes building a team of qualified and capable officials to meet the requirements of their tasks; and developing and improving the quality of its members.

Every year, the Farmers' Association of the commune has focused on organizing conferences to implement directions and tasks, summarize activities, identify limitations and shortcomings, and discuss and propose appropriate and effective solutions to improve the quality of the association's work.

To fulfill the goals and tasks of the association, in 2026, the Farmers' Association of Bo Trach commune established two new branches, including: the Professional Farmers' Association branch for fruit tree cultivation in Khuong Ha 2 village; and the Professional Farmers' Association branch for medicinal plant cultivation in Tay Nam village.

These branches are established and operate according to the "5 self-reliance, 5 collaborative" principles, creating an environment for members to link production, exchange experiences, and support each other in developing household economies; improving production organization capacity, applying science and technology, and shifting mindsets from small-scale production to linkage, cooperation, and value enhancement.

Mr. Le Xuan Uyen, Head of the Farmers' Association for Fruit Tree Cultivation in Khuong Ha 2 village, said: “Khuong Ha 2 village has many favorable conditions for developing fruit tree cultivation models. In recent times, many farmers have boldly switched to different crop structures, applied scientific and technical advancements to production, and gradually improved economic efficiency. However, during the production process, farmers still face some difficulties (uneven care techniques, unstable product output, limited linkages in consumption). Therefore, the establishment of the association aims to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility among members, actively exchange and learn production experiences; and encourage members to boldly apply scientific and technical advancements to planting and caring for fruit trees…”

To improve the quality of its activities, the Farmers' Association of the commune regularly focuses on instructing and guiding its branches to innovate the content and form of their meetings; implementing thematic programs, association activities, farmers' movements, and local emulation movements.

Many practical and meaningful activities have been organized and integrated, such as: cultural and sports exchanges, visits, learning experiences, showing gratitude, and supporting disadvantaged and poor farmers to encourage the movement and attract members to participate in the association. As a result, from 2025 to the present, the association has admitted 55 new members, bringing the total number of farmer members in the commune to 6,329.

Chairman of the Bo Trach Commune Farmers' Association, Tran Minh Dong, stated: “To continue building a strong and effective association, in the coming time, the Bo Trach Commune Farmers' Association will continue to concretize programs and action plans to implement the resolutions of the Party Congress and the Farmers' Association Congress at all levels. The association will continue to participate in contributing to the renewal and consolidation of the political system at the grassroots level, effectively implementing the grassroots democracy regulations, caring for and protecting the interests of farmers; attracting and gathering members to participate in the association. At the same time, the association will also launch and mobilize cadres and farmer members in the commune to actively respond and achieve results…”.
