Providing further support for impoverished households.
With the active involvement of the Fatherland Front at all levels, along with the joint efforts of organizations, businesses, and philanthropists, many "Great Solidarity" houses have been built and renovated, contributing to helping poor households, near-poor households, and families with difficult circumstances stabilize their lives.
In localities such as Nam Dong Ha, Ta Rut, Hoa Trach, Ninh Chau, etc., the Fatherland Front at the ward and commune levels has implemented activities in a practical, transparent, and targeted manner, fostering a spirit of solidarity within the community. To ensure effective support, the Fatherland Front in each commune has coordinated with the Party committees, government, and mass organizations to conduct reviews and surveys of the actual circumstances of each household to select those who are truly in need of housing.
The implementation process has always received the support of officials, union members, association members, and the people through assistance in terms of labor, construction materials, funding, and moral encouragement for the families. With support ranging from 80-100 million VND per house, this has contributed to helping disadvantaged households have stable housing and feel secure in their work and production.
Mr. Ho Van Mach, from A Pul village, Ta Rut commune, shared: “For a long time, my family has always wished for a sturdy house to protect us from the sun and rain. Thanks to the attention and support of the Fatherland Front and the local government, my family now has a stable place to live, giving us more peace of mind.”

Along with supporting the construction of "Great Solidarity" houses, based on the realities of people's lives, the Fatherland Front in the communes has flexibly implemented livelihood models suitable to the production conditions of each region. For households engaged in agriculture , the commune Fatherland Front coordinates support for livestock farming models. In coastal localities, many households have received support in the form of fishing gear, machinery for preliminary processing and processing of seafood, and guidance on applying techniques to labor and production.
In particular, in Dien Sanh commune, the "Community Day - Connecting and Sharing" model has been creatively implemented in a long-term collaborative manner, not just limited to temporary support activities.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lieu, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Sanh commune, said: “This approach not only helps social welfare activities go deeper, avoiding overlap and fragmentation, but also promotes a sense of responsibility, coordinated efforts, and active participation of political and social organizations in caring for the people's lives. To date, the entire commune has undertaken to support nearly 16 charitable addresses.”
Promoting the application of digital transformation.
In the process of promoting digital transformation, the application of digital technology to disseminate information, mobilize support, and understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people has received special attention from the Fatherland Front at all levels. A notable example is the "Digital Mailbox - Fatherland Front Listens to the People's Opinions" model developed and implemented by the Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Viet commune.
This model not only demonstrates the innovative spirit of the grassroots Front but also contributes to concretizing the policy of digital transformation in the political system towards being closer to the people, serving them more effectively. Previously, people who wanted to provide feedback, suggestions, or participate in discussions had to go directly to the agency. Now, by simply using their smartphones to scan QR codes posted at cultural centers, residential areas, one-stop service centers, or community gathering points, people can easily submit their opinions anytime, anywhere.
To date, the model has been implemented synchronously in all 22 residential areas in the commune. Over the past two weeks, the system has received 31 feedback and suggestions on various fields, with over 85% of the feedback compiled and forwarded to relevant agencies for timely consideration and processing. This has contributed to improving the effectiveness of monitoring public opinion, strengthening the connection between the Fatherland Front and the people, and promoting digital transformation at the grassroots level.
The specific projects, tasks, and models at the grassroots level demonstrate the increasingly clear role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in gathering and promoting the strength of national unity. Not only does it contribute to improving people's lives and supporting vulnerable groups, but its activities also strongly spread the spirit of mutual assistance, community responsibility, and the collective efforts of the entire society.
This also serves as vivid evidence of the innovative, creative, and grassroots-oriented spirit of the Fatherland Front system in the current period, making a practical contribution to celebrating the success of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.
