According to VGC , Xbox and Bethesda have announced they will be present at Gamescom 2023. The news was announced on Gamescom's official Twitter account.
Furthermore, no additional details have been released; however, this announcement marks the second of the three major gaming companies to confirm attendance at the event. Earlier in April, Nintendo confirmed its participation in Gamescom this year.

Gamescom will take place from August 23-27. The Gamescom Opening Night Live event, hosted by Geoff Keighley, will return on August 22.
Xbox & Bethesda's biggest release of 2023, Starfield , will also launch two weeks after Gamescom 2023. Additionally, another major Xbox game this year, Forza Motorsport, will be released on October 10th for Xbox Series X/S and PC.
The last time Nintendo attended Gamescom was in 2019, when they primarily showcased games that were scheduled for release later that year. They also had a large number of booths at the exhibition where customers could try out the games.

In its latest Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo announced several games set to be released in late 2023, including Super Mario Bros Wonder , Super Mario RPG , and WarioWare: Move It .
Regarding PlayStation, the company may not attend Gamescom. According to the German publication GamesMarkt, Sony has no plans to attend this year's game show.
