Despite the drizzling rain and the chilly weather of the Ngoc Linh mountain region, from early morning, the Xo Dang people of Kon Tuong village gathered at the communal house to celebrate the Green Sticky Rice Cake Festival with the leaders of Kon Tum province. Everyone was joyful and excited, because this was the first time the village had the opportunity to have the Provincial Party Secretary and other provincial and district leaders attend the Green Sticky Rice Cake Festival and celebrate with the villagers.

Each sticky rice cake and gift, personally presented by the Secretary of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee, Duong Van Trang, and other provincial and district leaders to the Xo Dang ethnic minority households in Kon Tuong village, served as a source of motivation and confidence for the people to overcome immediate difficulties, aiming for a prosperous and fulfilling life and a brighter future.
