Over the past period, the Vinh Trinh Commune Youth Union in Vinh Thanh District has consistently integrated the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style with its activities and youth movements. The Commune Youth Union and its affiliated units have developed and strengthened many models to practically implement President Ho's teachings.

Every year, the Vinh Trinh Commune Youth Union develops a plan to organize the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; and simultaneously implements it in its branches, members, and youth, with the motto "Learning and following Uncle Ho through simple actions in daily life." The Commune Youth Union launches emulation campaigns among its members on the occasion of the founding day of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3), the founding day of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26), and the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19)... The Commune Youth Union and its affiliated branches strengthen the dissemination and sharing on social media of stories about Uncle Ho's life, career, and moral example; and screen documentary films about Uncle Ho. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Secretary of the Vinh Trinh Commune Youth Union, said: “Stories about Uncle Ho have motivated Youth Union officials and members in the commune to actively participate in volunteer activities for the community; building friendly schools and promoting active students… The branches of the Youth Union concretize the contents of learning from and following Uncle Ho's example in line with the tasks of the collective and individuals.”

Following President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "Wherever there is a need, the youth will be there; wherever there is difficulty, the youth will overcome it," the Youth Union officials and members of Vinh Trinh commune have always been active in participating in activities to build a model new rural commune. Last year, the Commune Youth Union implemented 16 youth projects and activities, such as visiting and giving gifts to policy beneficiary families and people in difficult circumstances; coordinating free medical examinations and providing free medicine to people; repainting playgrounds for children; launching campaigns to plant trees and flowers along roads... The Commune Youth Union and its affiliated branches organized propaganda, encouraged, and guided Youth Union members and students to compete in studying to improve their skills, conduct scientific research, and participate in the Young Informatics Competition; coordinated with commune organizations to create conditions for Youth Union members to attend training courses on transferring scientific and technical knowledge in livestock and crop farming, and visit effective economic models...

In addition, the Commune Youth Union launched many "Effective Mass Mobilization" models in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, such as "The Second Journey of Tires - Tires Spreading the Message," "Installing Solar-Powered Lights," "National Flag Road," "Building a Bright, Green, Clean, and Beautiful Landscape," etc. Among them, the "Second Journey of Tires - Tires Spreading the Message" model was implemented by the Commune Youth Union in 2024 at Bo Ot Market, Vinh Thanh Hamlet. Youth Union members used old tires to create posters promoting environmental protection, encouraging people to participate in health insurance, maintaining security and order, and preventing and combating drug abuse. This model has contributed to raising the awareness of the people and Youth Union members in jointly building a model new rural commune and actively responding to the "Anti-Plastic Waste" movement. Ms. Pham Thi Kieu Anh, Secretary of the Youth Union in Vinh Thanh hamlet, said: “The Youth Union regularly organizes the reinforcement, repair, and replacement of propaganda boards. We also organize activities to raise awareness and encourage people to sort waste, dispose of waste in designated areas, and maintain a green, clean, and beautiful environment.”

The Vinh Trinh Commune Youth Union will continue to improve the effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style through practical projects and activities; focusing on implementing youth projects linked to community benefits; enhancing the effectiveness of the "Popular Education Team"; organizing sports and cultural activities to strengthen solidarity and cohesion among youth union members... At the same time, it will build criteria for cultivating ethics, a cultured lifestyle, and equip youth union members with knowledge and life skills.
