Ten teams presented criminal case reports using mind maps.

On the morning of August 21st, the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy organized the second round of the 2024 case reporting competition using mind maps.

The competition aims to create a substantive change in the use of mind maps in case reporting at the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy. Through this, it seeks to identify outstanding examples of applying mind maps in case reporting to improve, expand, and guide general practice at the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy. Simultaneously, it contributes to accurately assessing the actual capabilities, professional skills, and information technology application abilities of the prosecutors, in order to develop appropriate training and development measures.

Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Le Van Dong, delivered a speech at the competition.

Round 2 of the competition, held at the Provincial People's Procuracy, included 10 teams selected after Round 1, with each team consisting of 3 people.

The exam question is a digitized criminal case that has already been legally finalized and executed. The entry is a report proposing solutions during the prosecution phase, presented using a mind map. The mind map must fully represent the basic contents of the case; be logical, scientific , easy to understand, and easy to remember; and be visually appealing and creative.

Based on the results of the second round of the competition, the Steering Committee will select the three most outstanding individuals to participate in the final round of the 2024 National Procuracy Competition.

The competition provides an opportunity for officials and prosecutors in the province to exchange and learn from each other's experiences in reporting cases using mind maps, actively and enthusiastically engaging in research, self-study, self-training, and applying information technology to professional activities, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of its application in practical professional work and contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
