136 high school teachers received the title of "Excellent Teacher" at the provincial level.

DTO - On March 28th, in Cao Lanh City, the Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to award certificates for achieving the title of "Excellent High School Teacher" at the provincial level for the 11th time in the 2024-2025 school year. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Danh - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, leaders of Dong Thap University, and 136 high school teachers.

Representatives from the Department of Education and Training presented certificates to teachers who achieved the title of "Excellent High School Teacher" at the provincial level.

The 11th Provincial High School Excellent Teacher Competition for the 2024-2025 school year had 238 teachers registered to participate in 14 subjects, with sections including presentation of teaching methods and practical teaching demonstrations. The teachers invested considerable effort in preparing accurate reports, demonstrating scientific rigor and feasibility in applying them to their subject teaching practices. They also displayed confident demeanor, exemplary pedagogical language, and answered the judges' questions well; they applied information technology and flexibly and creatively utilized software, contributing to improving the quality of their subjects. As a result, 136 teachers were awarded the title of "Excellent High School Teacher" at the provincial level, and 4 teachers were honored with the "Golden Chalk" award.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Danh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, praised the efforts of the teachers who had excellently completed the competition. He urged the teachers who received the "Excellent Teacher" title to continue to effectively contribute to their professional work and other activities within their units. He also encouraged high school administrators to continue to support and create favorable conditions for teachers to maintain their achievements and contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning.
