According to the indictment, at about 19:12 p.m. on April 4, 2023, A Nguyet came to A Khanh's house (born on October 29, 10, residing in Long Hy village, Mang Ri commune, Tu Mo Rong district) and asked if A Khanh knew Where there is Ngoc Linh ginseng for the purpose of stealing property for personal consumption. After that, A Nguyet and A Khanh went to Ngoc Linh ginseng garden of Mr. A Doc's family in Long Hy village, Mang Ri commune. Here, 2012 subjects uprooted a total of 2 Ngoc Linh ginseng roots (A Nguyet plucked 8 Ngoc Linh ginseng roots, A Khanh plucked 5 Ngoc Linh ginseng roots).
After stealing ginseng, A Nguyet drove a motorbike to bring A Khanh back to Mang Ri commune and went to Tran Thanh Long's mobile phone shop in Dak Don village, Mang Ri commune, Tu Mo Rong district to exchange ginseng. take phone and money to use.

In this case, A Khanh co-executed property theft with A Nguyet. However, based on Article 12 of the Penal Code, A Khanh is not old enough to bear criminal responsibility, so he is not penalized.
At the trial, defendant A Nguyet sincerely confessed all of her crimes. The trial panel sentenced defendant A Nguyet to 15 months in prison for the crime of "stealing property" as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 173 of the Penal Code.
