The exhibition is organized by Vinexad Advertising and Trade Fair Joint Stock Company ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) in collaboration with Yorkers Exhibition Service Vietnam Co., Ltd.
With over a decade of development, HanoiPlasPrintPack has established itself as one of the most prominent industrial events in Northern Vietnam. The exhibition features 220 exhibitors and 340 booths across an 8,000 square meter exhibition area from more than 11 countries and territories, including Belgium, China, Hong Kong (China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan (China), Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
Among them, representatives from the plastics industry, with brands such as Cmic, Guibao, Bole, Cutech, Fu Chun Shin, Shini, and Boucherie, presented the latest technologies and innovative solutions. In the printing sector, major names like SANSIN, Fujifilm, Epson, and HX Production showcased the latest achievements in printing equipment and digital printing.
At the exhibition, visitors could also explore a range of diverse packaging solutions from specialists such as Li ShenQI, Huazhong Packaging, Jorn, and Drick. In addition, brands like Pan Stone, Nastah, Square Silicone, and Huaqi Sealing—representing the rubber industry—showcased high-quality rubber products and solutions.
The exhibition also includes specialized seminars, providing opportunities to build valuable connections and gain a better understanding of the future of the Plastics, Printing, and Packaging industries.

Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Mr. Hoang Quang Phong – Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) – said that along with the development of domestic manufacturing, the plastics, packaging, and printing industries have also recorded rapid growth. These supporting industries have great potential and increasingly require high-tech products, modern production processes, and management to enhance competitiveness in the market.
"This will be an important trade promotion activity that will help investors continue to seek partners and markets, creating conditions for domestic manufacturers to access advanced technology, techniques, and services to improve the quality and competitiveness of Vietnamese industrial products in the process of deep integration into the international economy," Mr. Hoang Quang Phong affirmed.
According to Ho Duc Lam, Chairman of the Vietnam Plastics Association, the Vietnamese plastics industry currently has nearly 4,000 enterprises nationwide, the majority of which are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), accounting for up to 90%. Plastic products are increasingly present in daily life due to their convenience, serving many sectors such as textiles, footwear, seafood, food, electronics, household goods, healthcare, refrigeration, and construction.
Over the past few years, the plastics industry has experienced strong growth with an average annual growth rate of 10-12%. In 2022, the industry's revenue reached over $25 billion, a 5.7% increase compared to the same period in 2021.
"However, the growth rate of Vietnam's plastics industry has shown signs of slowing down since the beginning of 2023 due to the global economic downturn in general and the persistent impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in particular," Mr. Ho Duc Lam informed.

The Vietnamese plastics industry is also considered a processing industry because it has largely depended on imported raw materials, accounting for 70-80% of its needs for many years. Machinery and equipment are also almost 100% imported from major markets such as China, Taiwan (China), South Korea, Japan, Germany, and Italy.
The industry's plastic raw material production capacity is improving significantly and is expected to meet approximately 50% of domestic demand in the near future, with the participation of several major suppliers such as Hyosung, SCG Group of Thailand, and Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.
Participating in the Exhibition, Ms. Judy Wang – President of Yorkers Company (Taiwan-China) shared that the development of Vietnam's plastics industry has truly increased significantly, with plastic product output reaching 11.2 million tons in 2022. “At the Exhibition, we hope to seize this valuable opportunity to enhance your equipment capabilities and explore countless new business opportunities,” Ms. Judy Wang said.
