Thirty years ago, ROX Group's journey began at the Nam Thang shoe factory with over 1,600 workers. At that time, Nam Thang was one of the largest private enterprises in Hanoi .
Thirty years later, that shoe factory has expanded into a sprawling ecosystem encompassing 14 industrial parks covering over 3,000 hectares, more than 300 urban and housing projects, a chain of 14 convenient hotels, and 3 solar power plants. The model of industrial parks integrated with residential areas, pioneered by ROX in the early 2000s, is one such example. Following the success of the Nam Sach Industrial Park, this model became a cornerstone for policy directions on developing industrial parks linked to social welfare. With its ability to attract investment and its impressive occupancy rate, ROX is considered by the market as the "midwife" of industrial parks in the early stages of integration.
As Hanoi's inner city became increasingly congested, the Group soon shifted its focus to the West to develop Goldmark City – a rare large-scale "all-in-one" urban model at the time, featuring spacious living areas, comprehensive amenities, and a multicultural community.

Today, ROX Group has become a shared home for thousands of employees, creating jobs for over 82,000 workers across its industrial park ecosystem, and attracting more than 600 investors with a total capital of approximately US$6 billion.
