This training course is specifically designed to equip the staff of the Association of the Blind with the most practical technological skills. Mastering AI will help reduce the workload for staff, enhance professionalism and transparency in all of the Association's activities. More importantly, AI is a powerful tool that helps disseminate information widely and equally to all members.

The training program lasts 3 days with 6 intensive practical sessions, progressing from basic to advanced levels. Participants are introduced to a systematic and comprehensive curriculum covering general topics about AI and virtual assistant solutions for the visually impaired.

Within the framework of the training program, participants learn how to interact with popular chatbots such as ChatGPT and Gemini using voice or text to search for information and apply AI to email; process documents, and convert formats. Participants are also guided on how to use AI to "read" and summarize PDF files, scan text from images (OCR), filter Excel data, and transcribe meeting audio into text.

Specifically, students will have access to text-to-speech technology to create audio materials and audiobooks, along with the process of producing a complete podcast episode tailored to the needs of the visually impaired. In addition, instructors will guide students in creating music using the Suno AI application, instructing them on writing lyrics and choosing musical styles (Pop, Ballad, Traditional) to compose songs for the association's activities or background music for events. Afterward, students will upload their creations to social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Zalo), practice evaluating their work, and discuss safety and ethical considerations when using AI.

The course encourages visually impaired students to view AI as a powerful assistant, to practice without hesitation, to overcome the fear of making mistakes, and to gradually take control of their lives, as affirmed by Nguyen Trung Thai, Deputy Director of the Vocational Education Center, Hanoi City Association of the Blind: "Although the eyes of the visually impaired may not see the light, our intelligence and aspirations always shine brightly."

With the support of AI and strong determination, each officer participating in the training program is expected to become an inspiring "flame," bringing digital technology to their local areas and continuing to support many other members in accessing it.
