Language Studies

Meanwhile, positions such as translators and interpreters in Vietnamese-Japanese joint ventures offer salaries of up to 25-30 million VND per month for students with strong English skills.

Some universities currently offering international relations programs include: the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, the Academy of Journalism and Communication, the National Economics University, and the University of Economics and Finance Ho Chi Minh City.

Information technology

English is the primary language in the field of information technology. Most documents, books, lectures, and the latest information in this field are written in English. Therefore, those who are proficient in English are often considered well-suited to this field of study.

According to surveys, IT graduates are welcomed by domestic and international businesses with an average starting salary of over 10 million VND per month. For graduates with 1-2 years of experience, the salary can reach 30-40 million VND per month.

TopDev also forecasts that by 2025, Vietnam will need 700,000 IT professionals. The demand for IT human resources is unlikely to cool down in the next 10 years.
