The competition has 42 teams with 160 contestants and coaches from secondary schools, high schools, and universities in the province. The teams are divided into 2 groups: Student group and student group. With the equipment provided by the Organizing Committee and training in assembly and programming, the teams assemble robots and program them to operate as required. In the competition, the teams compete by controlling robots to collect items and put them into the goal to score points.
After a day of competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 2 third prizes, and 4 consolation prizes to the teams in each category. The first prize in the student category went to TND 1 team, Tran Nhat Duat Secondary School (Nha Trang City); the first prize in the student category went to NTU Hound team, Nha Trang University.
