On September 19, the Traffic Safety Committee of Tuyen Quang province issued a document adjusting the time of the Mid-Autumn Festival lantern parade from Saturday and Sunday to Friday and Saturday every week.

Accordingly, the time for the model parade will be adjusted from Saturday and Sunday to Friday and Saturday. The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee requests departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards to coordinate in implementing the Thanh Tuyen Festival to ensure it is successful and safe. The adjustment is to create the most favorable conditions for people and tourists, contributing to promoting the image of Thanh Tuyen Festival, one of the most prominent cultural events of Tuyen Quang.
