Tuyen Quang: Establishment of Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones

At the conference, Mr. Do Anh Tuan - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Tuyen Quang province announced Decision No. 2243/QD-TTg dated October 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Tuyen Quang province and the Management Board of Economic Zones of Ha Giang province.

The conference also announced the Decision of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province on the establishment of the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 of Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Management Board of Construction Investment Project of Traffic Works, the Management Board of Construction Investment Project of Civil and Industrial Works and the Management Board of Construction Investment Project of Agricultural Works and Rural Development.

The conference also heard the Decision of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province on the establishment of the Coordination Board of foreign capital projects in Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Coordination Board of foreign capital projects and the Management Board of foreign capital projects in Tuyen Quang province.

On this occasion, Tuyen Quang province announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Van Dinh Thao, Director of the Department of Finance, to hold the position of Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province; at the same time, appoint Ms. Pham Kieu Van, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance.

Meanwhile, Ms. Khanh Thi Xuyen, Chief Inspector of Tuyen Quang province, was transferred to work and was appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Son commune. Mr. Ngo Xuan Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Chief Inspector of Tuyen Quang province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Son commune, was assigned and transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Tran Viet Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, was transferred to hold the position of Director of the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 of Tuyen Quang province. Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuyen, Director of the Management Board of Traffic Construction Project of Tuyen Quang province before the merger, holds the position of Director of the Coordination Board of Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province.

In addition, the conference also announced the Decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province on the transfer and appointment of Deputy Heads of the Management Board of industrial parks and economic zones, Deputy Directors of the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 and Deputy Directors of the Coordination Board of foreign capital projects of Tuyen Quang province.

In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed that the decisions announced at the conference aimed to continue implementing the Party and State's policy on streamlining and perfecting the organizational apparatus to operate effectively, efficiently and effectively, meeting development requirements in the new period.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province requested that officials who were transferred and appointed to leadership positions in agencies and units urgently hand over their work at their old units and immediately start their tasks at their new units, ensuring continuity and smoothness in their leadership and management work.
