Talking about the reason for her visit to Japan and AJC, Ms. Mai Thi Dieu Huyen said: We came to Japan on the 'pink flight' HeForShe for the women around us. The HeForShe campaign is an initiative of Un Women. Since 2024, Vietnam Airlines and VWEC have cooperated to carry out pink flights to spread the message of gender equality and women's empowerment; support female entrepreneurs to promote trade, seek business opportunities, and expand cooperation opportunities for women-owned businesses.

"Today, we came here hoping to learn about projects and programs for female entrepreneurs, and to connect to find further development opportunities for businesses," said Ms. Huyen.
According to Mai Thi Dieu Huyen , the group of female entrepreneurs visiting Japan this time are from many business fields, but their main strengths are the production of confectionery, handicrafts, agricultural products, and essential consumer goods. She expressed her desire to seek cooperation to improve the quality of goods and promote the development of this key product line.

The special flight is within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement for the 2024-2027 period between Vietnam Airlines and UN Women, aiming to spread the message of gender equality and women's empowerment (GEWE) to passengers across the entire flight network.
