Conference announces decisions on organizational structure and personnel work

At the Conference, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2243/QD-TTg dated October 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Tuyen Quang province and the Management Board of Economic Zones of Ha Giang province.

Announcement of the Provincial People's Committee's Decisions on: Establishment of the Project Management Board for Construction Investment No. 1 of Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Traffic Works of Tuyen Quang province, the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Civil and Industrial Works of Tuyen Quang province, the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Agricultural Works and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province; establishment of the Coordination Board for Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Coordination Board for Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province and the Management Board for Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province.

Announcing the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on: Transferring and appointing Comrade Van Dinh Thao, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance to hold the position of Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang Province; appointing Comrade Pham Kieu Van, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance; receiving and assigning Ms. Khanh Thi Xuyen, Chief Inspector of the province to work at the Yen Son Commune Party Committee and appointing her to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Yen Son Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc emphasized that the decisions on organizational work and apparatus announced at the ceremony aimed to continue implementing the general policy of the Party and State on arranging and streamlining the apparatus for effective and efficient operation. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the merged agencies, comrades who were transferred and appointed to leadership positions of the merged agencies to promptly hand over their work to immediately start performing tasks in the new units; review the working regulations and procedures in personnel work in the new agencies and units, stabilize the staff's ideology, and build unit solidarity. In the process of implementing tasks, it is necessary to do a good job of assigning work and clearly assigning tasks according to the spirit of "6 clear" of the Prime Minister associated with personal responsibility and the head. Continue to study, cultivate, and practice expertise and skills associated with the responsibility of setting an example of the head. Focus on completing assigned tasks, strive to complete the province's growth targets in 2025.
