Careful preparation for the groundbreaking ceremony of inter-level boarding schools in Minh Tan, Son Vi, Pho Bang, Xin Man and Pa Vay Su

On November 5, at the Provincial People's Committee headquarters, Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a direct meeting with relevant departments, branches, and units and an online meeting with the People's Committees of the communes: Minh Tan, Son Vi, Pho Bang, Xin Man, Pa Vay Su to review the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Primary and Secondary Boarding Schools.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha chaired the meeting in person and online.

Implementing the Government's policy on organizing groundbreaking ceremonies for school construction in border communes, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province has issued a plan for groundbreaking ceremonies for primary and secondary boarding schools in the communes of Minh Tan, Son Vi, Pho Bang, Xin Man, and Pa Vay Su.

According to the plan, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 5 schools will be held on the morning of November 9, 2025 (Sunday), in Minh Tan commune, the main bridge of the province, connected online with the bridges of Son Vi, Pho Bang, Xin Man, Pa Vay Su. The event will be organized in the form of live and online television, with the participation and direction of Party and State leaders. The remaining bridges will simultaneously hold groundbreaking ceremonies, connecting images to the main bridge and the central bridge in An Giang province. The program will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television, relayed through local media channels, promising to create a strong ripple effect, encouraging the spirit of learning and the aspiration to rise up of students in the highlands.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the plan to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the primary and secondary boarding schools to ensure solemnity, efficiency and on schedule.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha emphasized: The groundbreaking ceremony of 5 inter-level primary and secondary boarding schools in Minh Tan, Son Vi, Pho Bang, Xin Man and Pa Vay Su communes is an event of profound political , social and humanitarian significance, demonstrating the special attention of the Party, the State and the province to the cause of education in border areas and ethnic minority areas with many difficulties. This is not only a project of infrastructure investment but also a symbol of the belief, will to rise and aspiration for sustainable development of ethnic people in the border areas of the Fatherland.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha requested the assigned departments, branches and units to proactively coordinate closely, carefully review each work content, ensure comprehensive preparation of facilities, logistics, technology, security and order, environmental sanitation and propaganda work. The Department of Education and Training is in charge of developing the content and program of the ceremony, ensuring solemnity, unity and suitability with actual conditions. The Provincial Project Management Board for Construction Investment coordinates with the contractor and local authorities to complete the items serving the groundbreaking ceremony on schedule.
