After many years of effort, she built Viet Hung Medical Pharmaceutical Trading Company Limited (VH Medipharm) - a prestigious brand in the medical and pharmaceutical field. As Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director, she not only planned the development strategy but also engraved in each step two core values: "Trust" and "Heart". At the same time, she also took on the role of Marketing Director of Binh Nghia Medical Service Trading Company Limited (BNC Medipharm) - a unit specializing in importing and distributing high-quality functional foods from the US and Canada. If VH Medipharm stands out with European pharmaceutical products and a team of solid professionals, BNC Medipharm carries the mission of taking care of community health with products that meet international standards. In each strategy, she always adheres to the philosophy: "Quality is ethics - Service is mission".

For more than two decades of service, businesswoman Lai Thi Thu Ha has continuously created value. This achievement is confirmed through a series of awards from prestigious organizations at home and abroad. Recently, she was honored by the Vietnam - ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Council as "Outstanding Businesswoman 2025", once again affirming the prestige and mettle of Vietnamese businessmen in the regional market.

After the moment of coronation, when asked who inspired her, she had a surprising but extremely emotional answer for those present at that time: "The person who inspired me the most is my mother Le Thi Uu, my mother-in-law". A woman who, according to her, has the color of resilience, quiet but indomitable, she always gives her the strength to keep going.
