VFF also stipulates a minimum fine of 10 million VND for violations specified in Clause 1, and a minimum fine of 20 million VND for violations specified in Clause 2.
Regarding whether Ba Ria-Vung Tau Club will be fined, head of the VFF Disciplinary Committee Vu Xuan Thanh said: "If the incident stems from the behavior of an individual player, VFF will punish the individual, possibly banning him."
