During the past few days, I have always observed the players' expressions, attitudes and lifestyle. I'm not worried about the players' morale, because I feel they are full of desire to go on the field and contribute. On the practice field, I always push them to be more focused and attentive.
As a coach, my responsibility is to give direction and provide collective strategies to enter the field of play. I think, after working for a long time, the players understand what I want. I also told them that they must dare to accept responsibility when playing on the field, because I cannot play for them. They must understand that whether their play is effective or not depends on their performance on the field.

– After the loss to Indonesia, he said that there are still signs of optimism. So what exactly is that optimism?
In my hand, I have a large number of players with diverse skills. With the increased number of substitutions in a match, it gives me more options to change personnel and tactics.
Currently, the players are all ready to enter the field. In my hand, I have 15-16 players ready to compete for a position in the starting lineup of the Vietnamese team. In addition, I have strategic reserve players to change the situation. Players need to maintain high intensity throughout the match, ensuring physical strength to press. I believe they will do it.

We are prepared for such situations. Before entering the last match, I also talked with members of the Japanese coaching staff, they also lost like that.
