At about 3:40 p.m. on February 18 (the 9th day of the Lunar New Year), on the Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway, Km74 in Cai Lay District ( Tien Giang ), heading from the West to Ho Chi Minh City, an accident occurred involving 8 cars.
